We had a standard room for four nights on holiday, and the stay has really stayed with me. The breakfast had everything I could want, the rooms were clean, and the customer service was excellent. I loved the staff, who were well trained and great at their jobs. I also used the gym, where the woman trainer really knows how to shape a body. I'd recommend this hotel for a holiday and will definitely be back soon.

Green Mountain Hotel suited our stay in Arusha perfectly. It's a pleasant transit hotel with basic amenities, not pretending to be upscale. The spacious rooms have free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The hotel is on the outskirts, about an hour's drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport, with residential and commercial buildings around it, so the views aren't especially memorable. The restaurant is small and has an adjoining bar. Its menu is limited, and the food is satisfactory. Staff were friendly, courteous, and attentive.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable, with air conditioning controlled by a remote. I also liked being able to choose whatever I wanted for meals. Some places only serve certain dishes on set nights, but here we had a choice. We stayed a few nights, and the staff were friendly and very helpful.

We were impressed by the room, amenities, and staff. There's also a good restaurant right at the hotel, handy if you don't want to go out. It's centrally located, and we'd highly recommend it for a couple of days.

The gym is excellent, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner choices are good. Staff are available around the clock. Green Mountain Hotel made a great place to stay in Arusha, and I'd come back. One caution: if you have a weak stomach or are prone to food poisoning, don't eat vegetables during your stay in Africa.
