For the price, the rooms and cleanliness are five-star value, and the location in the heart of Arusha’s CBD is seven-star. There’s plenty of secure parking too. It’s hard to find a better deal than McEllys hotel.

The staff at Mc-Elly’s Hotel were so welcoming and helpful, and their hospitality made the visit feel special. My room was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed to relax. Breakfast was delicious, with a good range of choices. I’d definitely recommend Mc-Elly’s when visiting Arusha.

The slow, unreliable WiFi was the main frustration. If the hotel improved the internet speed, it could easily stand out as a top budget option. Otherwise, Mc-Ellys Hotel was comfortable and conveniently located for either work or leisure. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, fresh and varied, and the staff were especially warm and ready to help. I also appreciated having a dedicated car park space, a thoughtful practical touch.

Very clean and good value. It deserves more stars, I’d say.

The location was good, the staff kind, and my room clean. My safari booking ran into trouble because the tour company made a mistake, and I didn’t know what to do. The hotel manager stepped in to help, and things worked out. Thanks to the manager.
