The staff were kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was good. My room was clean and spacious, with a fan but no AC, and the shower had hot water and good pressure. It's in a quiet spot away from the main road. I had an evening flight, so they let me extend checkout by seven hours for a reasonable fee.

The gardens are a really nice, peaceful place to sit. Inside, the rooms were very clean, and I appreciated having mosquito nets over the beds, since a lot of hotels and rooms don't usually provide them. It's in town near the clock tower, so you can walk around and explore if you want. The local staff are polite and lovely.

I only spent one night here, but the room was roomy and comfortable, and there was hot water in the shower. The restaurant's Indian food was amazing. Great hotel right in the heart of Arusha! 🙌🏼

I've stayed here three times and have always been happy with it. The place is quiet and feels safe, and the location is really convenient. Rooms are clean and spacious, the staff are welcoming and accommodating, and breakfast is included and good. Having a bar and restaurant on site is a nice extra.

The main downside was the thin walls and windows, so bring earplugs. Otherwise, I found it good value for money: the staff were great, it felt very safe, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. There were no power cuts, which was such a relief, and the bathtub had plenty of hot water.
