Even while the property was under maintenance, the team kept up a warm, standard level of service. It’s a budget friendly place in Arusha, with comfortable rooms, friendly customer service and a delicious breakfast. A dependable option if you want affordability along with care and comfort.

I had a nightmare here and had to cut my stay short after the first night. The rooms were damp and smelly, and the place felt dingy. There were people fighting outside late at night, too. They apparently don’t accept guests from booking agencies, even though the property is listed there, and they insisted on cash despite my having paid through the agency. International travelers, keep away. Cheap can end up costing a lot.

Whenever I’m in Arusha, I make a point of coming back. The rooms are comfy, the attendants are cool, and it’s a nice, quiet atmosphere. I love this place.

We love your hotel, but there are things that need changing. The room and bed were dirty, and there was a smell. Please clean everything better, and you’ll get a lot of customers. Also, tell people to stop walking by the window, making noise and laughing for no reason.
