I stayed at the Hotel with my elderly parents, who are 92 Years Old. The accommodation was brilliant, and the WiFi did what we needed. Breakfast was V Good, and the staff were consistently helpful. We were pleased with the service.

We stayed at the same time as tayfun, but in different rooms. Everything was fine apart from the 50 usd card charge. We smoked in the room for 3 weeks, and only on the last day were we told smoking wasn't allowed. There was no sign, and nothing about it in the room rules. The rooms were cleaned every day, but nobody mentioned the charge then either. We travel around the world, and I've never seen a 50 usd charge just for a card.

Young woman traveling alone from the US, stay away from this hotel. They took my money with no intention of refunding it, and Elsa made things especially difficult and unpleasant to deal with.
