The beach view was the best part, it was spectacular. The rooms were large, with suitable furnishings, and the location is handy for shops like Shoppers supermarket and other retail places. We had trouble communicating with some staff if you're not fluent in Swahili, though. Still, it was a great stay.

The apartments are huge, which was the one bright spot, but they cost far too much for the quality. The building is really noisy, so don't expect much sleep, and mosquitoes kept coming in around the window frames. Our previous apartments in Masaki were cheaper and much better. Management said they'd fix everything and contact me on Tuesday, but I never heard back. I wouldn't trust them.

This was my third stay, and I'm really disappointed with how we were treated. They gave us the worst apartment and raised the price at the same time. I know of plenty of other places, including brand-new ones, and I'll be looking elsewhere. A huge letdown.

Right by the ocean on the Peninsula in Dar es Salaam, these are modern, fully serviced apartments for short or long stays. There's a gym, pool, basement parking, a nice garden, and good security. Getting in is easy, and shopping areas, hotels, restaurants, and more are nearby. A great spot to stay.

We found it safe, with plenty of parking, and even the other guests were nice. The ocean view was beautiful, the staff were very friendly, and the pool was a hit with the kids. It feels very family friendly, with generously sized rooms. My son especially thought the bathroom was pretty cool.
