The staff were good, and during the COVID period, when the kitchen was closed, they kindly arranged food for us. We just had to leave an hour between ordering and delivery. The rooms are generally small, and my bedside lights didn't work. One focus lamp kept flickering through my whole 15-day stay, even though I complained several times and it was never fixed. It's a decent place to stay if you keep your expectations modest, though there are always some minor issues. It's a 3-star hotel in Kinondoni, about 1.5 km from Morocco terminal.

The customer service was generally good, but the rest of the place was awful. There was no hot shower, I couldn't adjust the AC, and the towels weren't clean. Some shower lights wouldn't switch off, leaving people able to see you while you bathed. I'm not going back. Please fix it.

It looks good from the outside, and its location can work for a short stay. Inside, though, the facilities are in poor shape. You can hear people in the other rooms from your side room. When I was there, some tenants were having sex and there was a lot of screaming. They need to improve that.

Nemax hotel has a bar, restaurant, and accommodation on mwinyi juma road, opposite kim classic wear. The rooms are self-contained, with comfortable beds, and room service is great. Prices are moderate for an overnight stay. The restaurant serves a range of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and it's a nice spot for a romantic dinner or a short meeting. The bar has local and international drinks, and there's a standby generator. It's a cool hotel in town.

Just a few meters from the highway, the hotel is conveniently located. It's classy and reasonably priced, but the rooms are so tiny they're suitable for just one person.
