10/10
The staff at New Avon Apartments made me feel welcome and looked after, and the property's cleanliness and upkeep were impeccable. I also appreciated the security measures, which gave me peace of mind. The apartments are thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished, with plenty of comfort and convenience. Its location made it easy to reach Dar es Salaam's attractions and business districts. I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend New Avon Apartments for business or leisure.

I had clients stay there for a long time, and the experience was really bad. Management was unprofessional and client treatment was poor. The owners need to put someone else in charge of running the place.

The management is why I'd give this place negative stars. They took $100 from me for electricity, and the Chinese lady managing things cheated me. People, don't stay here even if it's free. They're cheaters.

Ava, Fatuma and Maulidi were especially amazing, and manager Authmani was very helpful too. I highly recommend this place.
