Village by Sea Cliff

The Indian food restaurant is excellent, and the staff are friendly and work hard to make sure you’re comfortable. It’s a charming, cozy spot right by the water, with the sea views as the best part. It is a bit far from the city, which suited me because I wanted a quiet stay. Just keep the distance in mind when planning travel. A great place for a relaxing seaside break.

The ocean view from the comfortable, nicely arranged room made this stay especially lovely, and the bed was comfortable enough for a great night’s sleep. Coming back to Sea Cliff Hotel, Dar es Salaam feels like coming home. The friendly front office team and doormen greeted me with big smiles as soon as I arrived, setting a relaxing tone. Wonderful service and beautiful surroundings. I’m already looking forward to another visit.

Sporah made me feel welcome and kindly helped with check-in. The staff were professional and incredibly helpful throughout my wonderful stay at Seacliff Hotel. The room was bright, beautifully decorated, and had a lovely beach view. Of all the hotel rooms I’ve stayed in during my travels, this was one of the best. I can’t wait to return! 🌊✨

The location, facilities, and atmosphere were lovely, and the hotel made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. But basic room upkeep let me down. The shampoo needed refilling when I arrived. I followed up for two days, but no one addressed it, and I checked out without it being replenished. Beautiful property, disappointing attention to simple housekeeping requests.
