Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge

A special huge thank you to John the manager for the incredible hospitality and wonderful treats. He made us feel so special at dinner that night with tasty cake and singing. The service was truly impeccable. He also helped sort out our car radiator issues, and we made it safely to nairobi without needing rescue. Thank you for your friendship too. Thank you, Dismas, though we missed you this time. Asanta sana, and hope to see you soon in the new year. My recent stay at the Manyara Serena Safari Lodge was fantastic. The location has breathtaking views of the lake and the Rift Valley, and the friendly staff went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The food was delicious and the facilities, especially the infinity pool, were stunning. An incredible stay with impeccable service, highly recommended as a 5-star experience!

The pool was a highlight, clean, relaxing, and beautifully maintained. The hotel's other services were excellent as well. Staff were incredibly nice and went out of their way to prepare meals that worked for my celiac needs, which I truly appreciated. The women at reception were especially warm, helpful, and professional. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend it!

The chef checked how we wanted our meals, which was a nice touch, and the whole place had a quaint, refreshing feel. We only stayed one night and wished it could've been longer. The warm pool looking out over the lake was amazing, and the hotel had good amenities.

We had a great time overall, especially enjoying the afternoon live show, the lovely pool, and the good food and staff. The view was amazing too. The problem was the cockroaches in our room, more than ten of them, on the walls, ceiling, curtains, and in the washroom. I'd still recommend the place to others.
