Neptune Ngorongoro Luxury Lodge

We'd love to come back. The rooms felt luxurious, had all the amenities, and came with a lovely view where we saw elephants, Cape buffalos, and Dikdiks. After long safari drives, the evening touches were especially welcome: the rooms were decorated and the beds warmed with hot water bags. We were also greeted with a traditional Masai song. The staff were so warm and friendly, especially our restaurant host Nobert, along with Aunes, Gift, Mary, and the rest of the team. The chef tailored dishes to our tastes, and the food was amazing, made with fresh ingredients from the facility's organic farm. If you're looking for a luxury stay, this is the place. Five stars is the maximum, but for us it was 200 out of 100.

It's luxurious but still feels warm and cozy, and the staff take such good care of kids and adults alike. Nobert at the restaurant deserves a special mention for his lovely manner and the food prepared to suit us. This place is wonderful. I'd give it 10 stars out of five if I could.

The Savannah views, birds, and their sounds were wonderful. We loved the wooden finishes, the infinity pool, and the patio facing the sunset, with a bonfire in between. Dinner was so delicious, and we had the chef's special that night. John the chef was great to talk with. Thanks to Veronica and all the staff, and wishing them a happy life ahead.

Our rooms were massive, and the place sits high up with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were warm and welcoming. The Maasai leader and the women greeted us with traditional song and dance, and we joined in. The chef made plenty of amazing food and often came out to chat, which felt personal. Norbert, our host, went above and beyond and took care of everything we needed. The masseuse also gave an Oldsmobile massages, so I highly recommend it. Definitely stay here if you're in the crater area!
