Samson, our driver, made every game drive memorable with his knowledge of wildlife and Serengeti history, and his attention to detail. The team also helped us plan a great itinerary before we arrived, making everything feel seamless. After a very long travel day, they had our room ready so we could settle in right away, and every staff member made a point of introducing themselves and checking that we had what we needed. Our suite had a private pool, a very comfortable bed, and a great shower. The room was designed with comfort in mind, and breakfast each morning was outstanding. Food throughout the stay was excellent, and service was consistently top-tier. Staff were warm, friendly, and always smiling. There were so many kind people that I can’t remember all their names, and everyone deserves recognition. We also appreciated being escorted to and from the room in the early mornings and late evenings, since you’re truly in the wild. This was our first stay at a Four Seasons, and the service exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Without a doubt, the best place to stay in the Serengeti. Unforgettable from beginning to end.

We loved the pool overlooking the savannah, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed, with large balconies and breathtaking views. The setting in the heart of Serengeti National Park made our stay feel truly unique. Staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, and the food in all the restaurants was consistently exceptional. A full recommendation, everything here was excellent.

The nearby watering hole and wide savannah views made for unforgettable wildlife sightings. Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti brings together a real safari feeling and Four Seasons luxury, with beautiful suites and excellent service. Staying in the heart of the Serengeti made this a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We only had one night at Four Seasons Serengeti on our way north to see the wildebeest migration, and wished we could have stayed longer. The pool area, with its view and watering hole, alone makes the lodge worth seeing. We also enjoyed the small museum about Maasai culture and animals, and it was a treat to watch artists working near the lobby. Elevated platforms link the buildings, making you feel immersed in the Serengeti, and we could see wildlife without even leaving the lodge. The rooms were fantastic, with nice touches like branded water bottles and little cards with animal facts. The tub looking out over the watering hole and Serengeti was unforgettable. Breakfast was a huge, high-quality buffet, and the staff were all friendly and ready to help make the stay better. If you’re after a luxurious Serengeti stay, this is the place.

The pool service was wonderfully attentive. Staff anticipated what we needed and moved the shade over our loungers before we even noticed it ourselves. Everyone, from management to the staff we met, was warm, friendly, professional, and made us feel like kings of the Serengeti. Their genuine care made the stay unforgettable. The food was creative, delicious, and beautifully presented at every meal. Our luxurious accommodations were well maintained and thoughtfully designed, with comfort and detail evident all around the property. From arrival until departure, everything felt first class. Four Seasons Serengeti delivered a world-class experience, and I warmly recommend it to anyone looking for one. Five well-deserved stars!
