We only had one night here, and I really wish we could have stayed longer. There’s a touch of luxury everywhere, including a fancy bathtub and both indoor and outdoor showers. The dining hall was large and beautifully decorated, and the buffet was delicious. There was also a BBQ station serving chicken, lamb, and fish. This was the best lodge of our trip.

The bed was so comfortable that we had one of the best nights’ sleep of our three-week trip. Our one-night stay was close to Ngorongoro Crater, yet the place still felt secluded and private. The grounds were lovely, and the rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The restaurant food was tasty, and I liked being able to choose the lunchbox entree. I wish more places offered that. Management also helped us connect with a local doctor for a non-urgent medical issue. I’d recommend staying here.

The sunset views from the pool deck were amazing. The lodge sits tucked into the mountain while preserving the land around it. The staff were friendly, well trained, and knew how to make the experience special. We ate well, too, with a good selection of food. Special thanks to Jennifer, the manager, for making our stay extra special.
