We arrived late with our rooftop tent, but the manager was welcoming and still arranged a generous dinner for us. Breakfast was just as good, and everything came at a very fair price. The lake view is beautiful, and the showers have hot water. We stayed the night and would definitely recommend it.

Lake Manyara looks gorgeous from Panorama Safari Camp, and the peaceful setting made it easy to unwind. Neema and Hassan were especially thoughtful and helpful, and the staff generally were warm and made sure I had what I needed. It's a simple, scenic place to stay if you're after some quiet.

Bring food or be ready to cook as part of your safari. This is a clean, welcoming basic campsite, with little twin sleeping pods and shared showers. There's a bar, a shop and evening entertainment, plus a wide view over the lake and the town below.

The view is the best part, it's amazing. The igloos are really cool too, with a comfy, very clean bed, a power outlet and a light. The campsite feels nice and completely cut off from the wildness. There's also a bar and a chill spot where you can watch a pretty cool show.
