Mambo Paradise

The upper deck terrace had a stunning ocean view, which made every meal more enjoyable, and the food was delicious and freshly made each day. Kasia is warm, caring, and has fascinating stories about real life in Zanzibar. She goes above and beyond to make guests’ wishes come true. While my husband went fishing, I had a relaxing massage and a beautiful henna tattoo. Our spotless room had everything we needed, and Kasia, the owner, and her whole team made us feel welcome right away. We had a wonderful stay at Mambo Paradise, felt right at home, and can’t wait to return to our beloved Zanzibar! ❤️

The owner was so kind and helped us feel comfortable and at ease, and we had a great stay at Mambo Paradise. The restaurant was really good, especially the very fresh seafood. Zanzibar has frequent electricity outages, which made it hard to sleep at night. That’s out of the hotel’s control, but even so, I’d definitely stay here again.

From the beachside hotel, you can experience local life among the smiling villagers, and the long stretch of clean beach is lovely for walks. Our spacious room had a breathtaking ocean view and beautiful sunrise each morning. The intimate Mambo Paradise has an excellent restaurant, serving tasty breakfasts, fresh seafood throughout the day, and other local specialties. The fresh juices are squeezed by hand, and coconuts come straight from the palm. Everything is healthy and handmade. Kasia, the cheerful owner, is always ready to help arrange excursions. Highly recommended!

The rooftop restaurant has excellent food and amazing views, and there’s a beautiful pool right by the beach. What makes Mambo Resort special is how welcomed and cared for we felt. The owners made us feel at home from the start, and the staff were some of the nicest people you could meet, always friendly, attentive, and ready to help. Such a warm, family-run hotel. We had a great stay!
