Boho Boutique Hotel - Beachfront , Adults Only , Private Pool

We stayed six nights and would definitely come back. The rooms were clean, the furniture was lovely, and the water pressure was good, which isn't the case at every hotel in Zanzibar. The owner was around quite often and, like the rest of the staff, really friendly. Breakfast was a highlight: very fresh and tasty, and we could eat it on our terrace. There are some really good restaurants nearby, and the hotel has a good range of drinks too.

We left after two of our four nights because the stay was so disappointing. The bed was extremely hard, our requests weren't listened to, getting around the property was difficult, and there were repeated power blackouts. We still had to pay for the full stay, then pay for another hotel for our last two nights. The most concerning part came after checkout: once we'd left an honest score on Booking.com, the owner contacted us and threatened us over the review. We wouldn't stay here again based on our experience.

We spent 16 wonderful days here. The hotel is right on a beautiful, clean white sand beach that looks straight out of a movie. Rooms are private, cozy, and clean, the staff are excellent, and there are plenty of tempting places to lounge around, along with a small pool. The cocktail bar is delicious, probably the best around. Breakfast deserves an 11 out of 10, and the menu changes every day. Hotel staff and their collaborators can arrange lots of trips at decent prices. Stop reading and book, you won't regret it.

The ocean is right outside, with the beach only steps away for an early swim or an evening by the water. That's incredibly convenient and beautiful. The staff were wonderful too, always polite, friendly, and happy to help. You can tell they care, which makes a real difference. Boho Boutique Hotel is an amazing place to stay. The interiors are modern, stylish, and tasteful, but still cozy and well designed. Breakfast was among the best I've had in a hotel: fresh, varied, and genuinely delicious. The cocktails were great as well, and the bartenders clearly know their craft. We left with warm memories and will definitely return.
