Panama Garden Resort

This is one of the best places in the kilimanjaro region. Service was top notch, from reception and dining to room service and customer care. I'd love to sleep here again. Thank you very much, Panama resort.

The gardens are lovely, and there are plenty of indoor and outdoor spots to eat, work, relax, or exercise. The gate guards are attentive and respond right away, so the hotel feels safe and beautiful. Moshi can get hot, so the clear, beautiful pool is a welcome place to cool off. The Wi-Fi works everywhere and is strong, and there are electrical outlets too. Rooms are clean, the showers are strong and hot, the beds are super comfortable, and the air conditioning keeps things cool. I slept well. The staff really make you feel like family. Kaka Michael at the clean, comfortable bar will serve you a beer and chat. Dada Rosemary and the other restaurant servers help with the many food options, and the amazing Mamas in the spotless kitchen prepare the meals. They've perfected the pizza crust, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. Dada Editha is kind and helpful when you have questions. The kind dada from guest services may stop by to make sure everything is nzuri sana, and Dainess in the restaurant looks after everyone with professionalism and kindness. There are so many staff that I wish I could name them all. Highly recommended!

The pool was clean and refreshing, the rooms were cleaned daily, and the staff were very helpful. Food was good, though lunch and dinner take time to prepare. When we ordered ahead and agreed on a time, it arrived right on schedule. You can see Kilimanjaro from the rooftop in the morning. We loved our stay, and it was a very nice place to visit the region from.

The menu has lots of choices, and service always came with a smile. It has a strong stopover feel, since many people stay a night before or after going to kilimanjaro. This was a lovely place to stay, with the best service I experienced during three weeks in tanzania. The Wi-Fi could be better, though it seemed about in line with other accommodations. Definitely recommend!
