The gardens are lovely, and there’s a pool and good food. The property is walled, and as a solo female traveler I felt safe. Staff were welcoming too. There’s an espresso cafe on site that’s open on weekdays. WiFi kept cutting in and out in my room, though it worked well in the garden.

The room was very comfortable, the food was really good, and the staff were super friendly. I spent four days here and found the place clean and safe. I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

The food was good, and the chef went out of his way to make what we asked for. We also enjoyed the South African wine. The rooms were nice for an overnight stay after landing at Kilimanjaro airport, and later we returned after our safari before flying to Zanzibar. Staff were lovely and accommodating both times. There were bugs in the room, but I figured that was outside the staff’s control and just dealt with it. Thanks to the staff at springlands hotel!

The hotel is peaceful and the staff are amazing. They also have a tour company that can arrange all sorts of Kilimanjaro trips, from the Killi hike and Serengeti safari to a day hike to the Materuni Waterfalls.

We stayed at their Hotels and had great food, warm hospitality, and good service. Zara team were the most professional crew for both parts of our trip, taking us to Kilimanjaro park and then on a five-day Safari.
