Our airport shuttle arrived 40 minutes after the time we'd asked to leave, even though we'd requested it the day before. The menu was also mostly unavailable, and when I asked for lemon, they told me to wait until someone went to the market. We'd booked a week ahead and even received a reminder before our stay, but on arrival they said there was no booking. The washrooms were dirty, my pillowcases were too dirty to use, and the bin in my room still had empty bottles, toothbrushes, and toilet paper from the previous guest.

The staff are very polite, courteous, and ready to help. The place seems a little run down, maybe because visitor numbers have dropped. There aren't many food options, so it's fine for accommodation, but I wouldn't recommend it for dining out.

The online booking couldn't be found when we arrived, the pillows were disgusting, and the WiFi didn't work. Most menu items weren't available either. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it at all. The worst experience of my life.

With the sea right there and waves roaring, this is a great spot for offshore lovers. NAF has excellent service and a top view of the sea. If you're visiting Mtwara, go there. I couldn't pass by without giving it five stars.

This rating is for the manager and restaurant only. I came back after three years because I remembered some good times here, this time with a friend, but the visit went badly. The floor manager and waiter seemed untrained and unprofessional, and didn't know how to treat visitors. The service was very poor. They really embarrassed me 🤫😁😂
