The staff were really nice, and the room was beautiful. The hotel itself is lovely and right in central Mwanza, close to business shops and the public market. Just know that borrowing a knife to cut fruit and a plate for your food costs 5,000 Shiling money. I’ll definitely come back.

Manager Tina was superb, even though our food orders got mixed up. The hotel is right by the main street, with easy access to the shopping area, but the street gets noisy at night.

We had a really good time watching a football match here with my family, and we enjoyed our stay. I love the view, the food tastes nice, and they have all kinds of drinks, from soft to hard. It’s a fun place to take your family. The customer care is good, and everyone we met was friendly. We can’t wait to visit again soon.

Everything in the room was tidy and perfectly clean, and the room itself was very good. The hotel looked a bit older in person than it did in the Booking.com photos, but the service made a strong impression: staff were warm, polite and helpful, and things ran smoothly. It’s right in the city center, close to everything.

THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! I arrived exhausted after a long road trip on the night of April 6th and parked outside the premises, with almost 3 security guards standing outside. I asked them twice whether it was okay to park there, and whether the vehicle inside the gate was supposed to leave. Everything seemed clear. Then, at exactly 7am on April 7, 2025, staff started making repeated landline calls and came to my room ringing the doorbell. We pay for a good stay and a chance to sleep. Is it fair to wake us at 7am like that?????????????????????????????
