New Mwanza Hotel was a wonderful place to stay, with convenient access for exploring Mwanza. The room had a fantastic view and was immaculate, comfortable, and beautifully designed. I also enjoyed the dining options, with every meal a delight, and the relaxing spa. From arrival on, the staff were warm, attentive, and welcoming, going above and beyond to meet every need. It’s a great base for business or leisure, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you, New Mwanza Hotel!

I’m not sure it’s worth staying after today’s lift incident. I was trapped for 20 minutes, and choosing a room had already been a struggle. The lifts and rooms need major renovation and maintenance. I hope the way this prime Mwanza property is managed and funded changes.

I came for Iftar, and the food was delicious. The hotel has lovely views and friendly service, and it’s surrounded by shops. There’s also Galaxy, a club that’s become a big local talking point. I’d recommend checking it out, whether you’re a tourist or traveling solo.
