The garden is full of flowers, there are lovely cats wandering around, and the whole place has a peaceful, homely feel. We felt relaxed as soon as we arrived at Frangipani Home in Nungwi, almost like we had our own little sanctuary. The room was spotless, cozy and thoughtfully arranged, with everything we needed. Irina and her husband were a real highlight. They were warm, sweet and kind-hearted, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The place is tucked away enough to stay calm and quiet, but only a short walk from the beach. We loved our time here and can't wait to return. Highly recommend it for a peaceful, charming stay in Nungwi.

We were so happy to have Irina decorate our room with flowers for my husband's birthday. It was a lovely surprise, and he was as happy as a child! We've stayed with Irina and George before, and their care and hospitality are always a pleasure. Frangipani House is clean and comfortable, the garden is beautiful, and the breakfasts are delicious. As always, perfect. I recommend Frangipani House Nungwi Zanzibar to everyone. It's a wonderful oasis for guests in Nungwi. Olga and Ibrahim

Even without air conditioning, the house stayed pleasantly cool, and we were comfortable for our whole stay. The hosts were lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. We also looked forward to the delicious breakfast each morning. This Airbnb felt like a little paradise, with beautiful flowers everywhere and thoughtful, loving decor. We'd highly recommend it for a relaxing, charming stay!

Frangipani is a peaceful oasis a few minutes' walk from Royal beach. Irina and George have created a lovely garden, and the rooms are clean and affordable, which is not so easy to find on the island. It's a great place to take a breather from the tourist bustle of Nungwi. Try the breakfast too, we had the best omelet of our trip here. I'm not sure we'd want to stay anywhere else on the island now.

When I got sunburnt, Irina brought me fresh aloe from the garden to ease the pain. That kind of hospitality made me grateful, and I'd highly recommend staying here. Irina, her husband and the staff made me feel right at home in this cute, quiet place in Nungwi, Zanzibar. It's an easy short walk to the beach, maybe 5-10 minutes, and the garden is beautiful. This place was everything and more.
