Seeing lions in the bush when we woke up made the stay feel magical. We also felt safe, with staff escorting us to and from our room. The owner was incredibly sweet and always available. We had a huge, clean, gorgeous room and only wished we’d booked more than one night. The hot water bottle in the bed was a nice touch, and the outdoor shower is a must. The deck was comfortable with fantastic views. Dinner had a big range of choices, including fish, pasta, chicken, and beef, and it was all delicious. Service was impeccable. We started the evening in the bar tent. On arrival, the whole staff gave us a warm welcome with cool towels and delicious juice, and carried our bags up for us. Wow, what a fantastic lodge!

We didn’t want to leave. At Tarangire Kuro Treetops Lodge, the treetop tents have gorgeous décor, comfortable beds, and stunning views across the park. There’s even a bathtub with a sunset view. We had to wait to get to our room because elephants were right outside, which was unforgettable. The food was delicious, the service outstanding, and evenings by the firepit under the stars were pure magic. Thanks to Madam Jane, George, Sillin, and Amos for making the stay so special. Stay more than one night if you can.

This is an ultra-luxury hotel planned to open next year, with 29 rooms inside Tarangire National Park. It’s going to be spectacular!

Blue sky kind of day in the Tarangire!! Because the lodge is in the park, transport is escorted from dusk till dawn. Apart from that, great people, nice rooms, an outdoor shower, and good food!

We stayed one night at the start of our four-stop safari, and the only thing we’d change is staying longer. The location, rooms, service, food, and hospitality were all top notch. We also had our closest encounter with lions here. Strongly recommend this place if you’re after an authentic, comfortable, luxurious package.
