The New Year celebration was spectacular, with a lovely setup, delicious food, and a festive atmosphere that made the evening feel special. The team made our stay comfortable and memorable, and we especially want to thank Mohammed, Dawish, and Edgar. Youssef helped us with our room and handled our move from another hotel with such calm, kind professionalism that a stressful situation felt easy and safe. Domenico also deserves a huge thank you for his management. His attention to daily details, the way the staff work together, and his thoughtful communication all stood out. He’s personally involved and sincerely cares about guests. Edson was consistently attentive, quick, professional, and great to deal with. We felt looked after from beginning to end. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its atmosphere and caring service. We’d gladly recommend it and would love to return.

We rarely write reviews, but our honeymoon at Jaz Elite Aurora deserves one. The management went out of their way to make it feel special. Domenico, the General Manager, was kind and personal, taking time to talk with guests each day and even joining a couple of padel games. We were especially grateful to Justin and Halidi from the Animation Team. Their energy and kindness made every day fun, and they became like best friends during the holiday. At the Jetty Bar, Samson made us a personalised cocktail every day, each one better than the last. He was creative, friendly, and attentive. Ramela, our poolside waitress, took such good care of us and made sure we had what we needed. Said, one of the buffet restaurant waiters, was a pleasure to talk with. His English was impressive, and we learned his father, an English teacher, taught him. He was always friendly and professional. We also want to recognize the barman beside the pool tables. He remembered our drinks every evening and had them ready without us asking. We’re sorry we forgot his name, because he deserves credit for that thoughtful service. The whole resort was impeccably clean and well maintained, with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member we met was polite, attentive, and keen to make our honeymoon memorable. The food was delicious, and the service made us feel like part of a family. We’ll remember this trip fondly and recommend the hotel highly.

We ate well here, with exceptional food in both the buffet and restaurants. You could have fillet steak every day if you wanted, and the cocktail list was superb with top-shelf drinks. During the day, whether you’re by the beach or the pool, waiters bring drinks and fruit right to you. There’s evening entertainment too, with singers, dancers, and more. The rooms were spotless and cleaned twice a day. The animation team had activities every day and were very friendly, especially Leila, Justine, and dj Halidi, who were also knowledgeable. Neema, Ramla, Dotinatha, and Sahid were our favorites. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond, as did the rest of the staff. Manager Dom did everything he could to make sure we had a great time. By the end of the holiday, we felt like friends with the whole team. This hotel is pure luxury. You’ll struggle to find better, and you won’t be disappointed.

The only small downside was the beach. When the sea washes up, the seaweed stays there, and clearing it away would improve the beach’s overall impression. Otherwise, it’s beautiful. The setting is lovely and works well for couples, friends, or families with kids. The food was delicious, and the staff were genuinely nice, always trying to meet expectations with a smile. The management also checked in with us several times to see if everything was okay. We had an amazing vacation.
