A quiet, cozy place with lots of greenery, plants, gazebos and swings. The rooms are clean, and there's hot water in both the room and bathroom. You can cook in the kitchen or use the barbecues, and there's parking and WiFi, though the connection works better outside. After the beach, there's a spot outside to wash your feet, plus a summer shower if you want one. A supermarket is nearby, and the walk to the sea takes about 15 minutes. The hostesses are lovely. If you're after a peaceful, cozy break, I'd recommend this Manor.

The grounds made the stay easy and comfortable, with gazebos, barbecue grills, a playground, a summer kitchen and a library. Our family stayed in the "Terrace" room from July 20, 2025 to August 2, 2025. It was clean and cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged, and cooking with the new dishes was a pleasure. Thanks to Elena and Galina for hosting us. Elena deserves special thanks for being so friendly and attentive, always ready with help, advice and useful information. We had a wonderful vacation and will recommend the place to friends and acquaintances.

Elena, the wonderful owner, and her lovely daughter are attentive and ready to help whenever you need them. The place is beautiful and so cozy, with comfort considered down to the smallest details, for relaxing body and soul. It's a great spot for couples or families. I recommend it to everyone, with much love and respect.

The owners are a special love, just like the place itself. Everything about daily life and the guests' stay seems thoughtfully considered, and it's calm and cozy here. I've stayed more than once and plan to return many more times.

The yard is full of greenery, which really helps in the heat, and the rooms are comfortable for a family holiday. There are barbecue areas, outdoor gazebos and a closed parking area in the hotel yard. The owners are wonderful and responsive, always checking whether everything is okay or if you need anything. I really liked it and will keep coming back. Thank you, Olena, for the rest and the wonderful atmosphere. I'd recommend it to everyone.
