Mrs. Diana was helpful and understanding. The place is spacious enough, very clean, and reasonably priced, with a nice location. It’s about 15 minutes from the airport by taxi and a five-minute walk to the square. Highly recommended.

The owner was quick to respond and helped with a couple of extra requests. They even let us leave our luggage after checkout. The room was very clean and came with thoughtful extras like coffee, tea, water, and chocolate. It’s near the city centre, but on a quiet street with a park and plenty of places to eat nearby. I’d happily stay again. Just keep in mind there’s no elevator, so carrying lots of luggage could be a problem.

We’ve come back several times for the room with the balcony and red chair. It’s so cozy, and every visit feels like being at home. ❤❤❤ On our first stay, we booked a studio with dormer windows. The interior was stylish and clean, and the place was well designed and functional, with its own kitchen and bathroom. They’d thought of little things too: coffee, candy, salt and pepper, still and sparkling water, slippers, an iron, a hair dryer, and books. The TV is large, has a USB port, and the internet is excellent. There are also rooms with regular windows and a balcony. After two days, we wished we’d had full-size windows, so we planned to try one next time. The location is great, close to the city centre, Franka Park, McDonald's, Ploshcha Market, and the "Rukavichka" store. There’s a small paid parking lot at the entrance that’s free on weekends, and free parking can also be found nearby. The main hassle is the narrow spiral staircase to the top floor, especially with suitcases. An elevator is really needed. The soundproofing could be better too: when a neighbor unlocks and opens their door at night, it sounds like they’re right outside yours. Still, those are small things next to everything else. A very pleasant young woman welcomed us, and staying there was a pleasure. The hallway board is covered with lovely reviews from people from different cities and countries, and we added ours too. ☺❤
