The way customers are treated is awful. Nobody checks the website reservation or calls to confirm it. I had to phone myself, and the administration said there were rooms and I could come. Then on arrival day I couldn't reach them at all. There was no one to contact on site either. We waited 40-50 minutes, but nobody appeared or answered the phone.

The staff are friendly and willing to help with what you need. Elena, I have a lot of respect for you! The room was clean, spacious, and nice, with a large bed, sofa, and balcony. It's conveniently located near everything, including ATB, pharmacies, a bus stop, and the sea.

There's parking at the property and plenty of shops close by, and the rooms are nice. The nearby beach is the downside, it's quite dirty and not well equipped. To swim at a decent beach, you have to drive 16-18 km from the house to the spit.

If you don't mind dust and arguing with the landlady, this may be the place for you. We stayed last year. The air conditioner was dirty, and the landlady was rude. It's somewhere to sleep, at most. People who like drinking come on weekends. Look for accommodation in the city when you arrive, and don't pay upfront, it's definitely a scam.

The rooms were comfortable and the price is low, so it works for a couple of days. It's right by the entrance to Berdyansk, which is convenient. There was no hot water, though.
