The staff were really helpful and nice, and most of them were young women who spoke English. There aren’t many floors, so getting luggage to your room is easy. The place was clean and quiet, with McDonald's, other restaurants, shops, and the airport nearby. I’ve stayed here twice. On my latest visit, which lasted three nights, there was no housekeeping or room cleaning. I’d brought some mud in from outside and had to borrow the hallway vacuum to clean the carpet myself.

It’s clearly not a new hotel, but someone takes good care of it. The carpet by the entrance is especially clean and fluffy. The whole place was really nice and extremely clean!

The rooms are beautiful and the staff are friendly. There’s food and drinks close by, too. I love staying here and will keep trying to book it whenever I’m in town.

There’s a McDonald’s and a supermarket within about 100 meters. For a hotel in Borispol city, this is the best located option, and Borispol Airport is a 10-minute drive away.

It does the job, but getting around with lots of luggage is difficult. There are steps at the entrance and no lift, so you have to carry your bags up and down.
