Really great experience. The location, rooms, and service were all cool.

The hotel is in a convenient spot, especially for skiers and snowboarders, since you can leave the ski room straight onto track 5. The design was nice, and the breakfasts were delicious. Everything felt comfortable, warm, cozy, and clean, with care put into the details. Thanks for the hospitality and the great setup for a family holiday. We definitely recommend visiting!

There are two gentle kitties at the hotel. With just seven rooms, it feels cozy and stylish, and you get plenty of attention without being bothered. It has a VIP feel, better than the nearby options, and the price is more interesting. For skiing, the location is super: the lift is 50 meters away, and you can go straight from the ski room on the third floor to the slope. They have heated suits, boots, and skis there, too.

Igor and Dima are the two people who really keep this hotel going. They're incredibly kind and friendly, and helped and supported me with everything. Guys, keep it up, just great! I came alone to ski from first thing in the morning until the last lift, so I wanted a cozy hotel with breakfast, easy slope access, good reviews, and a reasonable price. I didn't care much about a spa or extras. This boutique hotel has just seven rooms and felt homely, so I never regretted choosing it. Lift No. 5 is right nearby, about 50-60 meters from the door to the steps. From the ski room on the third floor, there's also an exit to slope 5A down a 20-meter wooden staircase. In the evening, after skiing to the last lift on lifts 1 and 2, you can go up again on the "B" lift between the villas to lift No. 5, then walk the 50-60 meters back. I stayed alone in a double room on the first floor. It had everything I needed, was perfectly clean, and the bathroom was fine. It was also completely quiet, so I could sleep after the nights we have in Kiev. The room design was a little "old-school" given when the hotel was built, but that didn't spoil my impression. You order breakfast the night before for a set time and eat in the cozy shared living room on the second floor. The quality and portions were good, and they take your preferences into account as much as they can.
