The rooms were badly soundproofed, with cheap, poor-quality furniture and uncomfortable beds that creaked terribly. They were below standard in size, though just big enough to crawl into bed. The hotel didn't match what the presentations showed. Unfriendly staff would walk into our room without knocking or warning, then lecture us that our being inside disrupted their cleaning plans. There was no apology. After eating at the restaurant once, you'll probably look elsewhere. It had poor ventilation, strong smells, and basic greasy food. The spa doesn't make up for it either. Chlorine in the water and air seemed far beyond any sanitary limits, real or imagined. It felt like diving into concentrated acid, and I worried about my skin and eyes. Hopefully competition in the area eventually forces places like this to change or leave the market.

The hotel itself was good, but there was no AC, even though Booking.com said it had air conditioning. July was hot, but I got through it. I wouldn't recommend this area in summer, since many hotels don't have AC or even a fan. There was construction going on, but thankfully it wasn't noisy during our weekend stay.

The mountain views were excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I accidentally left some personal government documents behind, and the hotel found them and sent them to me in Saudi Arabia. I'm very grateful.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The hotel was filthy, the service was disgustingly rude, and they charged for towels. Is that normal? No. There was no air conditioning in the hot summer either. The worst hotel ever.

There was no air conditioning, and they charged us 200 grivna per towel even when the towels weren't dirty. The receptionist put the money in her wallet or the cash register.
