The food tastes good, though the portions can be small. My room was chilly and unfinished: the bed was bare wood, so you could get a splinter, and the door had no handle. There were other downsides too, but also some good points. It’s okay for a motel.

The administration is pleasant to deal with and tries to accommodate customers, taking their circumstances into account. I checked in at 3 am, even though the stated check-in time was until 11 am. It’s a good hostel in Uzhgorod, with pleasant prices, but book ahead because you may end up staying in a large shared room. I recommend staying here.

My husband and I really enjoyed it, though this kind of place won’t suit everyone. It’s about a 30-minute walk to the center. The hostess cooks deliciously, and the whole place is wonderful. I was so impressed))) It feels like you’re visiting someone.

The hostess of the place, Natalia, makes wonderful omelets for breakfast, beyond all praise. Inside it’s clean and comfortable, and there’s also a yellow-blue parrot Ara who knows the command “give me a paw” :) At first the place feels strange and a little scary, with lots of different things all at once. But look around for a couple of minutes and it really is a TRATTOR, as the writers describe them. Anyone who’s read Olga Gromyko’s books will understand.
