Kelef House

We never got our 50% prepayment back after our plans changed. I contacted Oleg Olegovich Kurtash, whose number is listed in the "cap", but he kept putting it off right up to the last minute and making promises. The way we were treated was unpleasant, and I can't recommend this place or dealing with him.

There are better hotels nearby, but everything else was booked, so we ended up at KELEF HOUSE. The prices felt far too high for what we got. During our six-night stay, nobody ever cleaned the room. You could hear everything from the neighboring rooms, even in the bathroom, and the wall creaked while the floor felt like it might give way. The bathroom and entrance doors were broken and had to be lifted a little to close. There was almost nothing on the hotel grounds besides a barbecue and hemp. Laundry cost extra, with a separate amount payable to the hostess Anna. For that price, the promises made at check-in didn't match the terrible reality. I don't recommend it.

We had a great weekend here with friends and would come back. They checked us in right away, the room had everything we needed, and the location worked well. The staff were really friendly.
