The setting is beautiful, but the room felt more dated in person, and the whole property could use a modern update. For over $500 for two nights, I expected the Hyatt to be amazing, but it was only okay. The minibar fridge was never stocked. One morning room service brought cold pancakes that clearly came from a microwaveable packet. The cocktail was weak and the sushi just average. I'd really looked forward to the stay, but the quality didn't justify the cost, so I won't return.

My first Hyatt stay over a month earlier had left me disappointed. The staff encouraged me to give it another try on my next Kyiv trip, and I'm glad I did. They spoiled me so much I was truly humbled. I really enjoyed the second stay, and Hyatt will be my home away from home when I travel to Kyiv.

At the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Kiev, I had a memorable stay. The rooms were elegant, the dining options delicious, and the recreational facilities fantastic. I also had a seamless experience with telegram KievCompanionsBot. The atmosphere felt luxurious and the service was impeccable. I highly recommend it for a remarkable stay in Kiev.

The hotel made me feel very safe, with fantastic valet service that was quick and excellent security. The concierge was the best I've ever experienced at a Hyatt. Housekeeping was professional, the rooms clean, and room service excellent. The food and beverage director, Arthur, created a delicious Ukrainian menu. Elena in reservations was excellent too. Kateryna, the front desk manager, was amazing, and I loved Sarah's magnificent, friendly service at the front desk. She definitely deserves a promotion. Thanks as well for the upgrade suite and fabulous rates. Dominik, the general manager, has built a fabulous team that makes this hotel beyond five stars. My stay was spectacular, and I loved the staff's attention to detail. The greatest place to stay in Kiev Ukraine. Thank you, Gino Bravo, Toronto Canada.
