Maria, the owner, really looks after the guests and is a lovely person. Any questions, suggestions or requests are taken into account as quickly as possible, and the other people who keep the hotel running deserve thanks too. There’s a spa, a children’s area, a gym, and a nice 360 view of all Bukovel from the upper floor. A very lovely hotel with a good price-to-quality ratio.

We had a really enjoyable stay in Bukovel and would definitely come back. The pool and “sauna” were heavenly, and the hotel was clean and looked nice, with a beautiful view from the balcony. The boss was super caring and friendly, and the servers were easy to approach.

My husband forgot his coat in the room, with his wallet, watch and wedding ring in a pocket. Instead of taking it to reception, the cleaner brought it straight to the laundry room. By the time she returned it, the valuables were gone. The staff weren’t helpful at all. My sister also got bug bites from the bed, and the cleaners didn’t clean our room while we were there. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel has an amazing view, and the receptionist is a lovely, helpful woman. I thought everything else was amazing too, though the restaurant menu could use more continental dishes.

The place was great, but the apartment I got wasn’t finished. At the restaurant, the waitress didn’t speak English and the menu was in their language.
