The food was awful. None of us could eat it, but they still charged us, and when we complained, the staff acted like they couldn’t understand. The sauna was unbearably hot, and we didn’t use the pool because the water was dirty. We spent two nights there over New Year’s Eve. The price was almost the same as in the resort center, but the service was very poor. I wouldn’t recommend it, and I definitely won’t be back.

Rooms feel quite old, but the prices are good. The location is nice, parking is free, and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast costs extra and can be ordered at the restaurant. The pool was okay, though the showers weren’t working, the sauna needs improvement, and it was cold around the table area.

Even when it’s crowded, the large parking lot gives you somewhere to leave your car. The rooms are cozy and really warm, and our attic room on the top floor had great views over the bukovel 🎿 area. It’s an amazing place near the slopes. Recommend!

There was no room service, they charged for morning coffee, and there wasn’t any extra toilet paper or a trash bin in the room. The beds were broken and the showers had poor water pressure. Nobody spoke English. Breakfast was plentiful but very poor. We didn’t like the place, though for the low price it was bearable.

They greeted us warmly, and the restaurant was nice. We stopped in for salad and pizza one afternoon, and the pizza was huge and great. The place is in a nice spot beside the road, though not directly on it. A good place to stay, highly recommended.
