The location is a real plus: it's about a 10-minute walk to the city center, with ATB, Soyuz, and McDonald's close by. For parking, you can use the courtyard or the underground lot at ATB, a two-minute drive away. It costs 50 UAH overnight if you collect the car by 9:00 AM, or 100 UAH for the day. The apartment is in an old building on the 8th floor, converted into two hotel rooms. It's not a wow kind of place, but it's very nice and newly renovated. There's a mini kitchen with a stove, microwave, kettle, and TV, plus a washing machine shared by the two rooms. Towels, liquid soap, and rubber flip-flops are provided. It has what you need even for a longer stay. A couple of things could be better: the bed is 1.40 cm wide, which feels a bit tight for two, and there's too little floor mat beside it. There also aren't enough disposable slippers. I wouldn't want to wear rubber ones after someone else.

We were very happy with how clean it was and all the little touches for guests. ApartLux felt like home for the few days we spent here on our trip, even though I’m afraid of elevators. Getting around was easy, with parking, public transport, two supermarkets, and a McDonald's nearby. Red Square and other attractions are close too. I recommend it.

The city view from the 14th floor is magical, especially at night. The apartment itself is lovely and clean, just as shown in the photos. The owners are polite, decent, and tidy, and they were willing to accommodate us.

We stayed two nights and found the apartment clean, with everything we needed. It's also close to the city center. Nice place, I recommend it!
