Great location and a nice place.

I especially liked the small treats they left each evening, either fruit or sweets. We were also welcomed with a smile, helped with our luggage, and checked in quickly. The room was clean and modern, with a cozy interior. One of the most pleasant hotels I’ve stayed at on recent trips.

Part 2, adding to my earlier review because I couldn’t reply to the owners or post again. How exactly did you offer us another room, and how did we prevent that? The man who came out immediately said you accept dogs up to 5kg, but not one like ours. I replied that we’d agreed by phone to pay an extra fee. He said, “No No No, sorry, we do not take with such,” and we went back to the car. Yes, she’s a puppy, 8 months old. On the phone I told you she was a Belgian shepherd and weighed 15kg. I didn’t call her “quite a puppy.” I said she was polite and didn’t shed fur. While we waited for someone to come out, 2 dogs ran up to us. Our dog didn’t even bark, she just sat politely. Part 1, we couldn’t check in. We’d agreed in advance, but were refused at the property. The information is wrong: the hotel isn’t actually in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk. The owner and I had agreed on an extra 100 UAH for the dog, and the listing said animals were allowed. But a man came out and said they wouldn’t take us with our dog. We then had to hurry to find somewhere to stay. We were already tired of rushing around looking for accommodation. Thanks for such a great time!!! To clarify, the day before the trip I called and described the dog, including her age, coat type, and behavior at home: she sleeps and does nothing else.

We’d hoped to visit Zabava before the quarantine, but only managed to get there in summer 2021. The hostess was very pleasant and attentive, and the grounds were spacious and nicely decorated. There’s a little river, with gazebos along the bank furnished with tables and sofas. The shady grounds and river help with the heat, which is a big plus. There’s also ample parking, a large playground, and a whole house! You can grill your own meat at the barbecue area or ask them to cook it for you. There are lots of interesting touches, including garden sculptures and compositions. The room was clean and came with dishes, a kettle, microwave, tea bags, and sugar sticks, a nice extra. The restroom was clean too, with toilet paper, disposable soap, and toothpaste. There’s a restaurant and bar, but sadly neither was open after the quarantine. The place also feels a bit run-down. It must once have been fabulous, but now seems to be slowly fading. Wishing the owners patience and good guests!
