Rooms are clean and the beds are fine, though the rooms are modest. Service wasn't bad. As a place to stay while traveling, it's a reasonable option. I'm not sure whether they speak English. Breakfast was an omelet, sausage, and bread for 50 uah (1.7 euro), with coffee sold separately. It wasn't convenient for our children.

The room was warm and cozy, with a refrigerator and kettle, and everything was clean and quiet. Towels and toiletries were provided, and the receptionist was attentive and helpful. I ordered a coffee from the machine in the morning, and it was delicious. I saw that breakfast was offered, but didn't need it, so I can't say how it is. I picked this hotel in a hurry because it was the closest one I found on Google Maps, and I'm glad I did. If I come back to this city, I'll stay here without looking elsewhere. Thanks to the hotel management, and wishing them luck and prosperity.

For a tight budget, it can do for one night, and parking is available. Breakfast costs extra; the food was okay, but the coffee machine was broken when we were there and nobody warned us. Our triple room was spacious but worn, and the extra bed was an uncomfortable fold-out sofa. The linens and towels were clean, but the pillows were old feather ones, so allergy sufferers should be careful. The bathtub was dirty, with hair from the previous guests in the drain. There were mosquitoes even with the windows closed, and only one of the two windows had a screen.

We stayed at the hotel twice. It's conveniently located for an overnight stop when traveling abroad, and it was relatively clean. On the return trip, we booked late, at 23:50, because we'd been delayed at the border. But they insisted on cash and wouldn't accept a card-to-card transfer. It was midnight, we had three children in the car, and they wouldn't even let us pay in the morning 😐. We had to drive out of our way in the middle of the night to find somewhere to change money and pay for the stay.
