A decent hotel, with clean rooms and good food.

Really liked this place. I'd recommend it!

When we arrived in early June, there were hardly any guests and the restaurant was closed, so we had lunch and dinner at nearby hotels. It didn't spoil our holiday, though. The breakfast was hearty and warm, and the room was cleaned every day, with the linens changed every three days. My husband and I really liked the Waterfall Hotel. The service and comfort made our stay feel warm and peaceful. Thank you!

The place isn't bad, but it feels neglected, and I think you can find better for the money, especially since we paid with a coupon. The bathroom had mold and a broken shower handle. Towels were provided, but not slippers or a robe. You can buy slippers at reception for 20 hryvnia, which seems odd when an economy room costs 1090 hryvnia. Neither the restaurant nor the kolyba was open, so we had breakfast at a nearby hotel. The bar was open sometimes and closed at others. At check-in, I had to pry information out of a girl who was on the phone the whole time and seemed annoyed when we interrupted her.
