The new bridge is just wow, and the arcade is amazing ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️. Thanks to the management for making it so beautiful. The waiters are friendly, the service is excellent, and the food is delicious. The pizzas come out really quickly too. I’m ready to come back again and again.

We paid 800 UAH per person to enter and spent time with our large group in the gazebo. When we later came back to the sun loungers, other people had taken our spots and our towels were gone. It seems the security guards or receptionist removed them to make room for extra guests. Earlier, the receptionist had been annoyed that we were using loungers, even though we’d paid the same entrance fee as everyone else. We had video showing we’d been using those places, but the situation still wasn’t resolved in our favor. 800 UAH per person is simply out of place. They ruined our vacation.

Since you deleted it from Instagram, I’ll write about it here. The pool and grounds were clean, and the waiters were amazing 😘. But the cocktails tasted awful and were disappointing. The kitchen seemed to be laughing when they brought our nachos with cheese sauce. It turned out to be slices of toasted cheese put on the chips and heated in the microwave.

Arcade Beach is a mess. The place and pool are gorgeous, but the service is disgusting. We got back in a bad mood. We arrived around 10 am, when there were hardly any people. My daughter ordered a cappuccino, but after 20 minutes they brought an Americano. They replaced it. The three of us ordered breakfast around 11 am, and it took over an hour for the first portion. The second came 20 minutes later, and the third about an hour after that. None of the dishes had any salt. We asked for some, and it took about 15 minutes to arrive. The seafood pasta was half raw, so they took it away. About half an hour later they brought another one, still not salted at all. A couple of hours later we ordered two mojitos and waited an hour and a half, but they never came. When we got home, we went to the counter to pay and found them there, with all the ice melted. They offered us those slops to take away, for money of course. They mocked us as much as they could. The three of us paid 1475 UAH for all of it, plus 2100 UAH for admission. There’s also an announcement that there’s been no storage there for 4 years. Thank you. Thank you very much.
