Hotel Etoile

The pizza was very nice. Too bad the beer wasn’t cold.

It’s a good place for personal training, or to go with family and friends, even though the sports club is still not well known. On New Bavaria, it has a solid range of exercise machines, excellent fitness rooms, and a four-lane pool. The trainers are highly qualified, the staff are friendly, and the studios have a modern look. Locker rooms are comfortable and spacious.

The kids’ room and children’s menu made the stay easy with our three children, and the pool, gym, food, and parking were all good. The staff were friendly and helpful, and sorted out our shower drain quickly when water started running into the bathroom. The room was chilly, though. The air conditioner was the only way to warm it, and it served two rooms, so it didn’t do much. Hot water also took about three minutes to come through. I’d recommend it for families, since the staff are ready to help with problems.

We had the brown two-room junior suite. Pool and gym access were included in the rate, while the sauna cost extra. The hotel is comfortable, clean, and cozy, as usual. The one drawback is that the restaurant is closed except for breakfast.
