I spent 7 days here recently, and the whole experience was wonderful. The hotel is gorgeous, the food is excellent, and the service stayed impeccable across everything I used, from laundry and the fitness center to the salon and room service. Everyone went out of their way to make things comfortable. Thanks especially to Alina, and Alina, and Natalia at Reception, plus Artur the Bell Boy and Andrey the Concierge for their kindness and amazing service. I hope to come back soon. Kharkiv is a beautiful city, too, full of friendly, magnificent people.

The staff are what make this place feel special, almost magical. They're amazing and follow up when needed, and they seem like some of the best and brightest people of Ukraine. You can see the clarity in their eyes and demeanor. The hotel is super clean and well organized, with a bank, pool, restaurants, gym, flower shop, men's clothing store, and much more. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. It's the only one I'll choose when I visit Kharkiv.

I don't speak Russian, but the English-speaking staff made communication easy. The room was clean and the breakfast buffet was fantastic. I'd read a lot of reviews before booking, and they were spot on. Book at Kharkiv Palace with breakfast and you won't be disappointed. WOW!!!

The rooms and service are great, and it's otherwise a great place to stay. The fitness center and pool hours could be better, though. Business travelers need the gym to be available 24/7 with a room key. Opening from 7 am to 9 pm just doesn't work for that.

The bed sheets, blankets, pillows, and mattress were all new, soft, and comfortable. The location was just perfect, and the service was great. The breakfast buffet had a rich selection of fresh dishes. Sauna, pool, and fitness room were clean and well kept, with lots of clean towels and free mineral water. The running machines were new and had different functions. Very recommended.
