10/10

The room was spotless, warm, and unusually quiet, and after long days it was a pleasure to come back to such a comfortable space. The Wi-Fi was excellent, breakfast was very good, and the location is practically in the city center, so it's easy to get around on foot. What made the stay especially good was the reception staff. Nastia, Christina and Marina were professional, kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the first day they made me feel safe and at home. I had a wonderful stay at Pletnevskiy Inn in Kharkiv, and it will be my go-to place whenever I return. It's run with real care and heart.

From the outside, you wouldn't expect much of a hotel, it's basically a door on a side street. Inside, the decor and rooms are really nice, and it's pretty quiet. The center, shops, and restaurants are only a few hundred meters away on foot. Superb for a quick city stay.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and the free breakfast was generous and delicious. I loved the hotel, with all the amenities you'd expect.

8/10

Everything was clean and smelled nice, and the hotel itself was really pleasant. One side of the bed had an extremely low roof, though, so I had to crawl to get to the other side.

The location is very good, and the hotel is clean and nice with friendly service. The one downside is that the third floor doesn't have a panoramic window.
