It's more like a room in a private house than a hotel. There are two beds, one large and one a sofa bed, plus a microwave, electric stove, small fridge, kettle, dishes and utensils, and a cutting board. The place asks you not to switch on everything plugged into the outlet. There's also a toilet, shower, and small sink, and we had hot water. Cleanliness could have been better, but it works well for a clean night's sleep.

We'd been looking to rent an apartment in the city, but after they called back, they offered us this cottage instead. It wasn't luxurious, but it was clean and pleasant, with a place to sleep. The three of us stayed one night and slept well. There's a gazebo outside where you can sit, and the central location makes it easy to get around. I was happy with the place. We paid 1000 hryvnias for the three of us for a day.

The owners are very friendly, and there's a private courtyard with a gazebo. The room is in the city center near the Podillya hotel, which is convenient. It isn't large, but feels spacious, with two double beds, a TV, refrigerator, kitchen, and bathroom.

The hosts were friendly, and the place is right in the city center, with a 24/7 parking lot and supermarket nearby. We were two adults and one teenager traveling through, and stayed one night in one room. As of 08.2018, it cost 400 UAH. The furniture is worn, but things were clean and tidy. Fresh bedding and towels, hot water, shower, toilet, stove, microwave, refrigerator, TV, dishes, and soap, everything we needed 👌👍 A huge plus ✊.

They refused to check us in because we arrived late. The property description should say that late arrivals like us aren't accepted.
