My stay felt easy and relaxed, and I'd like to come back. The room was spacious and clean, with a design I really liked. Staff were polite and helpful, and they even did my laundry for free. There was complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi, plus bars and restaurants within walking distance. Easily the best hotel I've stayed at on my trip to Ukraine, in Kremenchuk. Super luxury!

The location worked well, with a small market close by and a pleasant central park to walk through. I chose this hotel over an apartment for my three days in Kremenchug and got a large, comfortable, clean room on the fourth floor. The staff were courteous and spoke excellent English. They also offered complimentary Georgian wine, a nice touch, though I'd love to try Ukrainian wine.

There was bottled water available without limit, which was useful since the tap water isn't drinkable. Breakfast is served at a nearby restaurant and was average in quality. The hotel itself was one of my best stays, with very clean, nice rooms, lovely service, and attractive surroundings with a new park, square, restaurants, and riverbank.

The breakfast is delicious and served early in a cozy lounge. On my business trips to Kremenchuk, I keep choosing the "Helicopter" right in the city center. It's a well-kept hotel in a European style, the best in town in my view, with spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff who speak English.

Breakfast needs to be ordered ahead, but it was decent and came quickly. The hotel has a good location, clean rooms, and nice service.
