Nice flat with a cozy interior and a great location, though the elevator was scary 👍

I booked in advance through booking, but two days later they canceled it, saying the card payment hadn't gone through. The card was fine, and I checked with my bank. It took ten attempts to reach the accommodation because they ignored my messages and calls. When someone finally answered, they were very rude and started shouting that the payment had failed, which was why they'd canceled. I suggested trying again since the bank had confirmed everything was okay. Then they changed the story, saying repairs were planned in the apartment on those dates because of some electricity problem. When I asked why they hadn't simply called about the repairs instead of making up a story about a slow payment, they hung up. Terrible service and treatment of customers. I don't recommend using their network 😡

The signs are in Russian. This violates Ukraine's law, Article 30, “On ensuring the functioning of the Ukrainian language as the state language.” Service providers of every ownership type must serve consumers and give information about goods and services in Ukrainian.

I strongly recommend against staying here. For two of my three days there was no electricity, mostly because of a breakdown. When I asked how I was supposed to work without power and wifi, they told me to figure something out and use mobile internet. The room had no heating and I caught a cold. On the third day the power was repaired, but the boiler ran all day and still there was only enough hot water for 2-3 minutes in the evening, followed by an icy shower. I booked through booking, but the transaction was repeatedly rejected. When I asked them to return the money from a personal transfer and take payment through booking, they called it “your healthy desire.” They ignored my repeated requests for payment documents. I don't want anyone's time spoiled like mine was. I'll contact you again about the receipts they never delivered.
