The room was comfortable, and I liked the art on the walls. We had a good city view from the 13th floor. There was no breakfast, but we could prepare some food in the room. The staff didn’t understand English at all. I’m not sure even 22 power sockets in one apartment would have been enough...

The apartment has a terrace with a lovely view of Kyiv, and the building itself is clean, with a gated area and a concierge at the entrance. We stayed for a week. Our prepaid early check-in didn’t happen because another client was still in our apartment. We had to wait for her to leave and then for the cleaner 🙃 I had to ask for cleaning, which I don’t think is acceptable. I’m not going to buy detergent and a mop. The cleaner should come at least every three days to bring kitchen paper towels and toilet paper, change the towels, and mop the floors.

The location was good, and the room felt cozy and clean. The bathroom was large. My only complaint is that the only white blanket had yellow stains; otherwise, I have no complaints.
