The staff were welcoming and helped me find restaurants and call taxis. My room was tidy and pleasant, though small and nothing fancy. The hotel is tucked away from traffic, so it's quiet enough to sleep well, unless someone barges into your room at 6 a.m., as happened to me a few hours ago. Breakfast needs work: there wasn't much to choose from, the honey was still half frozen, and there was no orange juice or hot chocolate. They did offer to make an omelette. If you're not too demanding, it's a decent place for a short stay.

I slept amazingly well, and the modern, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfast choices were great too. What really made me want to leave a review was the staff. They were fantastic, eager to help, and clearly did it with real care. Top marks, a winner.

Our rooms were quiet and cleaned every day, with extra bottled water left for us. The staff were so friendly and helped us several times, from arranging early breakfast to giving us a map of Kiyev and suggestions for places to go. Thanks for all your help!

It's a very nice, safe property, and we appreciated having the extra space. But we didn't like being asked for vaccination and COVID checks before we could get the room, since that requirement didn't match the health regulations in effect at the time. To us, it showed a frustrating lack of understanding of the situation.

The rooms were new and clean, and the people were friendly and spoke English, so communication was easy. There's a nice outdoor seating area too. Since the hotel is set back from the street, it's quiet and relaxing. A very nice hotel.
