The place was spotless, gym included, and the team helped with every request. They were so welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel at home. We had a wonderful stay and hope to return soon. Compliments to the staff who looked after us, and slava Ukraine.

The restaurant service was lovely and breakfast was top notch. Rooms were very clean, with perfect beds, and the contemporary luxury style made the place feel cozy. Staff were polite, professional, and generous. For a striking view, pick a river-facing room; for more peace and quiet, an atrium view may suit you better. Definitely worth considering.

Fairmont helped our film crew stay focused on work and feel safe, and we’re grateful for all they did. The facilities felt secure, including the bunker, and the rooms were wonderful. The staff went out of their way to help with every matter. Thanks to the brilliant Fairmont team for taking such good care of us. We hope to see you again. Best wishes, Edna

The hotel is right in the heart of Kiev, with everything just a short distance away. I loved staying here. The staff were helpful and spoke good English, and the different Hall rooms each have their own color scheme and theme. The combinations are beautiful and easy on the eyes. I’d choose this hotel without hesitation.

The breakfast was excellent, and we had a nice view from our spacious room. Reception and the rest of the staff were very attentive and hospitable. One serious issue, though: I slipped and fell hard on the extremely slippery marble stairs at the snowy side entrance. The room also had no tea or coffee making facilities, and no slippers. Even so, I came away with a very positive impression and would recommend the hotel.
