Oberig

They were very flexible with us, letting us check in early and take our time checking out. Breakfast and dinner were included in the price, and both were delicious. If we got back late, they'd reheat the food for us. The rooms were clean and had hot water all the time, and there was a gazebo for evenings. The sights are easy to reach by car or bike.

The grounds are nicely kept, with plenty of greenery and flowers, plus a barbecue, gazebo and swing. It seems like it would be a lovely place to spend a summer evening with good company, but it was too chilly outside for us to enjoy that. The rooms were cold and damp, and could use cosmetic repairs, especially new wallpaper and ceiling moldings. The hostess gave everyone an extra blanket, though, and served lovely herbal tea at breakfast. We stayed in September 2019, and Tatyana was a very hospitable and pleasant hostess. She even cooked delicious meals for guests from another hotel who had been refused dinner where they were staying. If our room had been warm, we'd have returned.

The food was the highlight for our large group, both breakfast and dinner were incredible. Sergey also helped us find places to visit and gave us phone numbers for ATV rentals. Our room was clean, the linens were nice, and the host was really friendly. We stayed August 23-24, 2020, and loved the whole experience. Great value for the money, I highly recommend this hotel.

The owners and staff were great, and the food was excellent, with generous portions and plenty of variety. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. The mattresses have seen better days, though. For the price, it's a decent hotel, especially with food priced so generously.
